Step-Smart® Brace Replacement Program

Braces which are outside the warranty period and are worn out or broken are eligible for the Insightful Products Replacement Program.

Send back your worn out or broken brace to us at the address below and note that you want to replace it with the same device, and we will sell you a new one at a deeply discounted rate, currently $100.00 off*.

This offer is limited to one replacement discount per calendar year, per customer. Braces which have not been broken but are simply showing signs of age should be at least 18 months old to qualify for the discount.

Customers who are not able to send the brace back first (i.e.: it is your only brace, and you need it until the replacement arrives) can pay full price for a new brace, and then send the broken or worn-out brace back to us within 30 days to receive the discount as a refund on that purchase.

Call to obtain a replacement program authorization number before shipping. Returns received without an authorization (RA#) number will NOT be processed. 

Any coupon discounts already used will be deducted from the refund amount.

This program is Insightful Product’s way of supporting our loyal users and clients in living the best life that they can. The amount of discount and availability of this program may change or end without notice.

*All old and/or broken braces MUST be returned in order to qualify for the $100 refund on the purchase of a new brace. This includes international customers. We will no longer accept a picture of the broken brace.

NOTE: If you are outside of the USA and wish to participate in the exchange program, you must purchase a new brace first and you will be required to return your broken or worn-out brace to us at your expense.
