Step-Smart Pro Brace for Drop Foot: Nancy’s first impression

Hi, this is Ian from Insightful. Nancy came from Brooklyn, New York to come and see us today. She came in with an Easy Stride custom, or semi-custom brace- it’s a carbon graphite design with a lateral strut. And you’ve had this for several years? Yes, different ones, yeah. And it’s stiff, you know they say it’s supposed to bounce you back and it really is kind of a resistance. It’s completely stiff. Yeah. So anyway, today she comes in for a Step-Smart Brace. She decided on Guided Calf Section so it’s a little taller than the normal calf section and just allows for a little more comfort on the top. So, how does it feel so far? So far, I just walked around a few times with it but it seems light and a little bit easier to walk in. I’m hoping that what it really is easier to do is put in all different types of shoes instead of just having to wear sneakers. I feel more balanced!
