If the calf section on your brace tilts, or dislocates, to one side or the other you may need an uneven tensor adjustment. The uneven tensor allows you to make an angular adjustment in the coronal plane. For a human, the mid-coronal plane would transect a standing body into two halves (front and back, or anterior and posterior) in an imaginary line that cuts through both shoulders.
